I am bored out of my mind! I had out-patient surgery yesterday and have to spend the entire weekend flat on my back. I have done every quiz imaginable online (just to find out that I am a stylish sneaker), read every gossip column (is Rachael Ray really wearing a Jihad scarf in the Dunkin Donuts ad?), caught up on every blog I try to read daily, replied to every e-mail, looked at every free magazine i have gotten, and I have started on a new novel.

It is that time again! At a time when you are trying to watch every dollar you spend, how do you handle graduation invitations? Do you send gifts/money to every person you reveive an invitation from? Do you only send gifts/money to those closest to you? How much money or what value of a gift do you send?

I am writing to say what an excellent product you have!
I've used it all of my married life, as my Mom always told me it was the best.
Now that I am in my fifties I find it even better!
In fact, about a month ago, I spilled some red wine on my new white blouse.
My inconsiderate and uncaring husband started to belittle me about how clumsy I was, and generally started becoming a pain in the neck.
One thing led to another and somehow I ended up with his blood on my new white blouse!
I grabbed my bottle of Tide with bleach alternative, and to my surprise and satisfaction, all of the stains came out!
In fact, the stains came out so well the detectives who came by yesterday told me that the DNA tests on my blouse were negative and then my attorney called and said that Iwas no longer considered a suspect in the disappearance of my husband.
What a relief!
Going through menopause is bad enough without being a murder suspect!
I thank you, once again, for having a great product.
Well, gotta go, have to write to the Hefty bag people.

I was reading an article about Compact Fluorescent Lightbulbs and was suprised to learn that turning a CFL on and off frequently can cause the light to burn out early. You should not turn the light off every time you leave the room. The EPA recommends leaving them on for at least 15 minutes at a time. i guess I can quit following my children around and turning off lights...fussing...turning off lights...fussing...turning off lights...it never ends!
CFL's work best when air can circulate around them and disperse heat. For recessed fixtures, use a bulb labeled as a suitable for a recessed can. You can visit this site for help choosing the right light.
Incandescent bulbs will be phased out between 2012 and 2014.

If you are a member of Dick's Rewards program, don't throw that new mailer away. There is a coupon for $20 off any $20 (or above) purchase.
I have spent yesterday and today restocking my pantry at Harris Teeter's Triple Coupon Sale. I didn't take pictures but, I am very pleased with what i got. I haven't looked at what I spent or saved today but, yesterday I spent $89 and saved $412. Most of that was frozen food and now my deep freezer is overflowing! The sale ends tomorrow...Don't miss out!

This is a picture of my trip to Walgreens today. After using coupons and a $10 RR from last week I paid $4.11oop. The Hefty OneZip bags have a peelie on it for .20 off but, when scanned it comes up as 2.00 off. Good luck on that one, my cashier caught it. :)
