It's been a long time

It's been too long. Many life changes have happened for me that kept me away from blogging but, I am back with gusto!

I have a new project I hope you will follow along with as well as my freebies.

**I have a plan. Not necessarily a good plan but, it is a plan.**

1) Find an excellent deal on a (livable) foreclosed or short sale home that I can pay cash for. 

2) Downsize my home furnishings considerably.

3) Move into home and begin my journey of gutting and redoing the entire house.

I plan on being very frugal with the whole process and keep an ongoing account of every penny spent and hope you will follow my financial and photo progress.
