I can so identify! I've been working on scanning photos all month, and although I've only done 400 tops, out of thousands still waiting, it's 400 more than I had scanned before.
It's so much fun scanning the old ones and then being able to look at them on the monitor and see all the *details*. It sounds like you're enjoying it as much as I am!
I have boxes and boxes more to do and it seems to take forever but, I love all the old pictures!!
