CVS:
I don't have a picture because my SoftSoap purchase went home with my daughter. She is getting care packages ready for a few of her friends in Iraq and I was glad to help out.
I hit the jackpot on this trip to CVS. I had some ECB's that were expiring today and really didn't need anything. I bought 4 SoftSoap. I used 4/$1 off coupons, $5/$15 coupon, $15 ECB, and paid $1.29 oop.
The best part was that I got: $19.96 ECB's; $10 off any purchase coupon; $2 coupon off any $10 purchase of Shampoo, Conditioner, or hair styling product; and, $2 off coupon on any Preparation H.
My second purchase wasn't as good but, I had a few more ECB's expiring so I got 4 All small & mighty laundry detergent. I used 4/$1 off coupons, $5/$15 cvs coupon, and $5 ECB's. My oop was $2.36.
Harris Teeter:
I took full advantage of Harris Teeter's triple coupons this past weekend. I didn't get any pictures.
I had 2 carts full of kids!!! Oh my!! Know who the worst ones were? The big ones of course :) The little ones were bribed with a trip to Chuck E. Cheese.

Deal or No Deal
Deal or No Deal is doing a casting call here tomorrow to get contestants for upcoming shows. There was a line at 8am today and it does not even start until 10am tomorrow. It is crazy!! I think most people missed the part where they said...as long as you are in line by 1pm, you will get seen. How long can it take when each person only gets 20 seconds?! **I may have to go at 12:45**

State/National Parks
Summertime is right around the corner. Travel and family vacations are a part of summertime. With the cost of gas, vacations are more expensive than ever.
A few years ago we decided to spend our vacation visiting as many State and National Parks in our state as possible. It turned out to be one of our most memorable vacations ever.
Since that vacation, we make it a point to visit state/national parks everywhere we go. For example, when my husband and I went on a business trip to San Diego we visited Torrey Pines, Old Town San Diego, Border Field, Cabrillo National Monument, and Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.
On our way home this week from our trip we stopped in Georgia at Andersonville National Historic Site. The best part was my children got to locate where their grandfather is buried and visit his gravesite.
To check your area for State Parks in your area or an area you may be traveling to visit State parks of the United States. To find National Parks visit The national Park Service.

The Baby Gizmo Buying Guide **Giveaway**
The Baby Gizmo Buying Guide is the perfect gift for an expecting parent and a must have for new moms! Heather Maclean with Holly Schultz will teach you not only how to buy baby products but, advice on whether you really need a product, when to buy it, and how long your baby will use it.
Products are rated based on real life and fall somewhere between 'don't need' and 'must have'. After each section you will find a place to make notes of model name/manufacturer, store/price, your impressions, and grade. All of this will help keep you organized to be a smarter baby product shopper.
The Baby Gizmo Buying Guide was designed to go to the store with you. It is like having your best friend (the one with four kids who knows exactly what makes a good high chair, not the one with no kids that still gets to spend all of her paycheck on shoes) in your back pocket.
**Giveaway**
Would you like to own your own copy of The Baby Gizmo Buying Guide? To enter, just leave a comment on this post with your name and some way for me to contact you if you win (e-mail address/ blog link). I will be randomly selecting 2 winners Wednesday March 26th.

The Easter Bunny is coming to town!
Easter is one of my favorite holidays! Not only does the Easter Bunny still comr see me, I get to go see ALL of my family! We have a tradition that started when my mother was a little girl and we continue to honor this tradition.
My great grandparents birthdays were both the week of Easter so, that was the logical time for all 13 of their children (One being my grandmother) to visit at one time with their children (one being my mother). When my great grandparents passed away, their children decided they still wanted to get together at that time to honor their parents. This year my immediate family will be there 5 generations strong! With normally at least 250 family members attending.... It is AMAZING!!!Gas prices being so high, our 1200 mile (round trip) journey is bound to be expensive. I used the fuel calculator to estimate our fuel cost for the trip. Yikes! We decided it would be cheaper to rent a vehicle, as opposed to driving two, after figuring the fuel cost. Car rental, a lot of times, is a service offered by your auto insurance at a reduced rate. Be sure to compare all your options. I made our hotel reservations through Ebates in order to get 3% back. All that is left to do is to pack a cooler full of drinks, a bag full of snacks, and settle in for the ride.
